I noticed the dark color bleeding through one of the walls that were painted. Frustrated by the lack of communication regarding the first issue, I took it upon myself to apply another coat of paint on the wall. I regret not being able to discuss these problems with the other owner, who was more responsive and capable of addressing the situation adequately.
