On Thursday, I submitted a request via CrackerJack and Mohammad promptly called me the same day, arriving for an assessment the next day. After discussing the pricing and scope of the job, he was able to execute the repairs on the same day. The kitchen sink pipes as well as the faucet were all replaced.
