Danny and his team demonstrated professionalism from the very first interaction. During the initial consultation, Rodrigo arrived on time with visual samples, thus setting Sunshine Patios apart from the other contractor. He provided comprehensive information on the HOA approval process and permit details. Remarkably, Rodrigo's estimate was $10.5K less than the other contractor's estimate despite using the same materials. Sadly, due to the Covid pandemic, there was a delay of materials from the factory. However, Danny and Rodrigo remained in contact throughout the delay period. When it was time to construct the patio, Danny worked around my schedule. His team, which included his Dad, Daniel, and another colleague, carried out the installation with efficiency. They completed the entire installation in just one day while conducting some electrical work the following day.
