Two weeks before the appointment, we received confirmation for our scheduled meeting. On March 20th, 2023, I worked remotely and blocked off my time from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM for the appointment. However, nobody showed up or reached out via call or text. Fortunately, we were able to find another appliance company that satisfies our needs. We plan to continue working with them for future appliance issues in both our home and business locations and would happily recommend them to others.
