The main sewer line was experiencing problems, so it was flushed. The response time was quick, and the job was completed promptly with great efficiency. Although the cost was slightly higher, the quality of work was outstanding.

While one may perceive this as an unsatisfactory outcome, I found it exceptionally gratifying and received a newfound assurance in their integrity. They corroboration of their sincerity lay in their willingness to offer a complimentary visit from two technicians (within a day) to investigate for over 30 minutes without charging me anything.
