In regards to resolving disputes, my method involves assessing the issues at hand and guiding the parties involved to a mutually agreed upon solution. My aim is to aid in reaching a resolution that meets all parties' interests while saving costs.

Mediation services provided include a step-by-step process, a private space for mediation and caucus sessions, and creating a calm atmosphere for parties to come to a satisfying agreement that fits their needs and the needs of their children. Marriage disputes can benefit from early mediation to avoid the eventual outcome of dissolution.

Areas of focus include family/divorce mediation, marital conflict coaching, relationship/premarital coaching, and individual conflict coaching.

Pricing is as follows: $140 for one-hour relationship/marriage coaching, $100 for one-hour individual conflict coaching, and $350 for a four-hour session per participant. An eight-hour session is also available at $850 per participant, with lunch provided. Written Memorandum of Agreement services are available for $150 if parties are already in agreement. Any additional hours will be charged at $75, with a $100 traveling fee if the mediation takes place outside of the home office.

I am a certified Basic Mediation and Family Law Mediation professional. My Master in Art in Conflict Management and Resolution, along with over 20 years of experience in family mediation disputes and civil hearings, allows me to be impartial, honest, and independent. I am also a licensed Worker's Compensation Adjuster and am willing to mediate outside of the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
