When I stumbled upon Ruben's work, I was feeling disillusioned after being ghosted by another artist I had reached out to on a friend's recommendation. Despite my doubts, I put a request out to three artists on CrackerJack, only to be let down by one artist who didn't do live art and another who never responded. However, Ruben responded in a professional manner, and we arranged to meet up so he could better understand my vision for the piece I wanted him to create at my wedding. He arrived on time, was super friendly and even waited for my fiancé to come home from work. We were both impressed with him and knew he was the artist for us, even though he had never done a on-the-spot painting before. On the day of the wedding, Ruben arrived promptly and created a black and white masterpiece that wowed all our guests. He then took it home to add color and it has now become the best art piece in our 4-story home. What's more, the pricing was just right and the service was exceptional. We are thrilled with the end result!
