I exceeded the weight limit of my truck's custom lumber rack, causing the support posts to bend. Caleb promptly responded by scheduling an appointment to assess and resolve the problem within a couple of days. After acquiring the necessary materials, he promptly repaired the damaged structure and added extra reinforcement on the same day. The attached images depict the state of the rack before and after the repairs were made.
