Not only did he act quickly in contacting me and responding to any questions I had, but he also kept his word and avoided any unwelcome surprises. Furthermore, his crew worked efficiently and proficiently - Marlon even checked in on them a few times and conducted a final inspection of the job himself. The crew paid close attention to detail, ensuring all debris was cleaned up. As a general rule, I don't write reviews for businesses out of high expectations, but Gastelum & Sons exceeded them all. I'm overjoyed with my new roof! Marlon was prompt in his response to my inquiry on CrackerJack, and fortunately, he was working on a roofing project nearby. To my surprise, he forfeited his lunch break to come over for an inspection and quote just an hour after I downloaded the app. The water and termite damage underneath my roof, along with complications caused by the previous homeowner, presented quite a challenge. Marlon was phenomenal at explaining everything and was transparent about all the material pricing, old roof removals, and other expenses. He constantly kept me informed of his progress through photos. He's an expert when it comes to details and even spray-painted my new vent covers, so they would match my roof color further. Additionally, he pointed out other areas that would require attention from other experts. The crew was fabulous, and they carefully cleaned my yard before leaving every day. Within a week, I had a new roof that exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond in every way possible, proving to be a reputable company that holds the satisfaction of their clients in high regard.
