Agolli Homes LLC - Masonry & Improvement

Agolli Homes completed two jobs for us - adding a concrete extension to our driveway and installing a paver patio in our backyard. We paid $1100 for 100 square feet of concrete and $3000 for the patio. They were prompt and efficient, meeting all of their promised deadlines. The new concrete driveway looks fantastic. Although we experienced a small miscommunication regarding the paver patio, we are still satisfied with the overall outcome. We were initially presented with a brick sample that looked great, but we wanted a different color. The company then sent us a color palette via text that we also approved. Despite this, they returned with a different color and started working on the patio. It wasn't until the job was 80% complete that we noticed numerous divots in the pavers. We had been under the impression that the surface would be smooth, but were told this was simply how the factory produced them. Ultimately, we paid the agreed amount and accepted their explanation. Nevertheless, it served as a valuable lesson for the future, teaching us to better scrutinize workmanship and set higher expectations.

Working with John and his father was a fantastic experience. It is incredibly valuable to me when businesses prioritize customer satisfaction, and their masonry work was truly impressive. Additionally, they expertly installed our windows and trim with precision and care. By avoiding a larger window company, they saved us an unbelievable sum of money. Their consistent communication and punctuality only added to their already impressive work. Overall, an exceptional job!
