The Lou Cleaning Crew

The cleaning process was very confusing. Initially, the cleaner suggested that a deep clean was not necessary and I agreed to go ahead with X, Y, and Z. However, the cleaner later tried to bill me for a full deep clean which was not what we agreed on. I raised this concern with the owner during a call but he became frustrated and claimed that they were already giving me a discount. I reminded him that they had quoted me $250 and that there was no discount. The owner then offered to send the cleaner back to finish the job, but this was after he had become defensive and frustrated with me. I declined this offer as I was not satisfied with the service provided and did not appreciate the owner's attempt to gaslight me. In the end, I negotiated a fee of $200 for the 75 minutes of cleaning that was completed, which was not a good deal. Although the cleaner did a good job with the parts that were cleaned, the company as a whole seemed to lack clarity and organization. Therefore, I would not recommend using this service. Additionally, I wanted to clarify that the cleaner did not complete a full clean, despite the owner's claims.

I paid for a thorough cleaning, but unfortunately, that is not what I received. Initially, I had some doubts about Brian's promise to send two women to clean my house. Upon further inquiry, he claimed that a single male cleaner would handle the job. Despite having a big house to clean and my regular cleaner canceling, I trusted Brian's assurance that they could complete the task on time. However, the cleaner showed up and took four hours to clean, only to leave dust and unclean mirrors in his wake. While he was friendly, the results were disappointing, with streaks on the floor from poor-quality or cheap cleaning products. It was apparent that the Lou Cleaning Crew was understaffed and unable to deliver the promised level of quality within the agreed timeframe. I won't be hiring them again.

The response was prompt and displayed a high level of professionalism.

On my initial experience with them, they definitely met my expectations! Their thoroughness and clear communication of expectations left me impressed. I highly endorse their services!
