Having worked as a NASM-certified personal trainer for over 8 years, I boast of additional certifications in Fitness Nutrition as well as being a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. My experience in the industry spans diverse clientele from athletes to individuals recuperating from injuries after concluding physical therapy. I am passionate about assisting people with injuries to live more comfortably and relieve them of pain. Incorporating this into any program regardless of the goals is a priority for me.

Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings in the health and fitness industry such as Health Centers, Vitamin/Sport supplement stores, Gyms/Sports Clubs, and Private In-Home Personal Training. Currently, I am based in Hobe Sound and primarily train clients in Martin County and Palm Beach County.

In line with my clients' preferences, I offer In-Home Personal Training that requires little to no equipment. If the clients do not own their own equipment, I do provide the necessary tools. Due to the prevailing times, I have had to adjust my rates to account for travel and fuel expenses.

My passion lies in inspiring confidence and guiding clients on their health and fitness journeys. By supporting and educating them along the way, clients learn about fitness/nutrition and gain the confidence to implement and sustain these healthy changes in their daily lives. I provide individual and small group In-Home personal training based on clients' preferences and needs.
