I am grateful for his prompt responsiveness, as the finished result has enhanced the appearance of my kitchen. I had an exceptional encounter with All About Drains and Plumbing. Felipe and his son efficiently resolved my obstructed sink drain, but what stood out was their professionalism. CrackerJack has implemented a new appointment booking system, allegedly without consulting the contractor (seriously CrackerJack?). Consequently, Felipe had to reschedule, and he arrived late in the day after fulfilling his other responsibilities to ensure my job was completed. That's what I call a top-notch professional.
