As of November 21, 2019, DC Roofing replaced my roof back in June of this year. I chose to withhold any evaluations until I could confirm that the roof could withstand Florida's heavy rainfall. After going into my attic following intense rainstorms, I can confidently say that I have not experienced any leaks or other issues. Despite having concerns due to their lower quote, positive reviews across multiple platforms convinced me to choose DC Roofing. Dave and Colleen, the owners, were professional, accommodating, and agreeably added additional roof vents and a wind mitigation survey within the same quote. Their crew was also courteous and answered any inquiries I had during installation. My only interaction with them after the installation was to request a release of lien for my insurer, which they responded to immediately. Although needing to replace a roof is unpleasant, I cannot imagine any other company making the process less stressful. As a result, I have recommended DC Roofing to friends and neighbours.

My house now has a new metal roof courtesy of DC Roofing, who did an outstanding job. Their work exudes professionalism and the end result is stunning. I highly recommend their services, especially given their reasonable prices.

As many have already mentioned, I was extremely pleased with everything, particularly the price, as it was the lowest of the three bids received, and they even added a metal roof on top of that! The team finished the work in just one day, and their crew was exceptional. Ellen was also very responsive and even came to my house to complete all the necessary paperwork. Overall, it's a fantastic company.
