After a mishap with my hot water heater pipe, ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM was recommended to take care of the water restoration. Their work on my basement was exceptional. Josh Schumacher and Jason were particularly great in their handling of my items, installation of fans, and communication about their processes. Josh Schumacher even followed up at my property for the next three days to apply an antimicrobial agent and return my belongings to their respective places. Their commitment to their work was remarkable, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality of ServiceMaster Restoration by BTM's repairs. I want to extend a special acknowledgement to Josh for his outstanding contributions to the company.

After being disappointed by another water mitigation company, we decided to reach out to Service Master Restoration by BTM for a second opinion. Our concerns about choosing the wrong company for the second time were alleviated when Tessica answered our call and put the water mitigation inspector, Alex, on the phone. Unlike previous companies, Alex didn't pressure us. Instead, he offered to come to our home free of charge to assess the water damage from a water line and provide honest feedback on how his company would remediate the issue. During the inspection of our three impacted floors, Alex was professional and attentive, even pointing out additional wet areas that we had overlooked and the first company had missed. He acknowledged our concerns and confirmed with our insurance company that additional flooring, walls, a portion of the ceiling, a vanity, flooring, and insulation needed to be removed. We were then scheduled an appointment with Josh Schumacher and Collin, our remediation team. Both were professional, attentive, and respectful of our property. They answered all our questions, listened to our concerns, and ensured that our home was dry and safe. When we informed Josh of additional issues in the basement, he checked the area, corresponded with Alex, and confirmed that the areas had been approved for work. Kevin arrived the following day to check the wetness ratings of the material, moving a few blowers around, and was willing to check every area we asked him to check. Overall, our experience with Service Master Restoration by BTM was very good. They listened to our concerns, validated our observations, and remediated the issue in a professional and respectful manner.

When we weren't satisfied with our first choice in the mitigation process, we turned to ServiceMaster Restoration as a second opinion backup. The previous company relied mainly on moisture readers technology and didn't take into account our firsthand knowledge of what the house looked like behind the walls during construction. However, Alex at ServiceMaster Restoration did an excellent job assessing the water damage and taking note of our concerns. Additionally, Josh Schumacher and Collin went above and beyond to ensure our house was completely dry and free of mold. They were also flexible with scheduling and showed compassion by actively listening to our concerns and thoroughly inspecting any remaining wet areas. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to move forward with the restoration process and get our house back to its pre-disaster state. Thanks to Blake and his team for being incredibly friendly and helpful! We bought a house that had serious mold damage, which the seller had covered up. Thankfully, ServiceMaster came to our aid and swiftly removed the mold, restoring the inside of our house.
