Bello Home Improvement, led by Sebastian and his crew, provided exceptional service for my cape cod single family home. Although there are many positive attributes to commend, the quality of their work truly stands out. The project entailed extensive work, including the installation of new gutters and downspouts, replacement of rotting wood A-frames on both sides of the roof with new PVC boards, and replacing a fascia board that had Pepco's power lines attached. This was a challenging endeavor that was further complicated by the coordination required with Pepco to shut off the power before work could proceed. Despite being informed that Pepco would work with Bello to disconnect their lines, it turned out they only charged homeowners a significant fee for disconnecting and reconnecting the power - without actually removing their power lines from the house. However, Bello demonstrated their dedication and commitment to their craft by proactively removing the rusted hardware that fastened the lines to the fascia board, purchasing new hardware, and replacing it with new bolts and metal fasteners. This allowed the project to proceed as scheduled, ultimately finishing in just two days with all related debris, wood, and nails removed. While Bello may not look like a traditional roofing company, looks can be deceiving - Sebastian and his team are true professionals who get the job done efficiently and effectively with a strong sense of pride in their work.
