Dylan's estimate for replacing my electric water heater was based on photos, unlike other plumbers who required an in-person estimate. Our water heater stopped working only 6 years after purchase. We reached out to several other companies for assistance but were disappointed with their response. One company even charged us $30 for an inspection, but instead of repairing it, they spent 30 minutes trying to convince us to purchase a $3k replacement. We were relieved when we found Dylan from Orion, who accurately identified the issue and provided us with a price estimate through text before coming to our home. Dylan did a simple repair that cost us much less than purchasing a new unit. It was a breath of fresh air to work with someone who was honest and takes pride in their work rather than a salesman who is after just a commission. Thank you, Dylan!

Working with Dylan was a wonderful experience. On flushing our 16-year-old water heater, he discovered that it was beyond repair and promptly replaced it. Despite having to travel to a supply store to acquire a replacement, he had our new water heater installed in less than two hours. I highly commend his services.
