Working with Sam was delightful as he was amiable, responsive and had extensive knowledge about trees and the appropriate measures to take. There was a dangerous scenario whereby a couple of trees were on the verge of death, situated at the midpoint between my neighbor's property and mine, besides my propane tank. Despite it being a Saturday, Sam didn't hesitate to come over and issue the quotation, which was considerably fair. The entire project took about five hours from commencement to completion, and he went above and beyond by giving us some woodchips for our mulching needs. I am grateful for his diligent work and ensuring the whole process was safe and efficient.

Although I did not end up utilizing this service, I felt compelled to share my experience. Samuel promptly arrived at our location to provide a quote for trimming a Maple tree. The quote was reasonable, but unfortunately we decided not to proceed with the work due to the tree being situated under power lines. Our neighbors had warned us that the power company typically cuts into the tree regardless of its prior trimming. Despite our decision not to proceed, Samuel displayed kindness and understanding. We will certainly consider using his tree trimming services in the future.

This group was truly impressive. Despite numerous hindrances, I believed it impossible for them to fell trees without incident, yet they executed the task flawlessly. I will unquestionably employ them again in the future. It couldn't have gone more smoothly! Before and after photos are attached.

Carolina Sweet Tree impressed me in all five categories of "things I liked" namely Work quality, Responsiveness, Punctuality, Value, and Professionalism. Sadly, CrackerJack's limitation allows me to pick only three. Samuel, the point of contact, was incredibly cooperative throughout the project. Sweet Carolina did an excellent job of removing a tree limb that was leaning on the brick wall. Samuel was efficient, skilled, and offered a fair price; traits that are rare to come by these days. I am certain that I will be utilizing their services again in the future.
