Face Painting and Balloon Sculpting by Mz. Donna

Since 1999, I have been providing face painting and balloon sculpting services. I used to go by Blinkee the Clown until 2015, and now I entertain as Mz. Donna out of costume. I have entertained at a variety of events, including birthday parties, company events, day care centers, grand openings, nursing homes, festivals, and fairs.

My rates have remained the same since 1999. For birthday parties, I offer 1 or 2 hour packages. The 1-hour package is for up to 10 kids and costs $175, while the 2-hour package is for 10 to 15 kids and costs $250. Services included in these packages are face painting or glitter tattooing (one of the two), music and dancing, a prize out of the prize bag, a balloon sculpt, and musical spots game music if there is time.

For longer events, such as those lasting 3 hours or more, my rate is $150 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour of face painting or balloon sculpting.
