Aracely has done a remarkable and meticulous job! Our residence hasn't been so spotless in a long time. We will certainly enlist her services for subsequent tidying sessions. A strong recommendation!

Our studio was thoroughly cleaned by Miriam and Aracely's crew, leaving it in a move-in ready state. They exemplified their professionalism by promptly addressing any issues that were pointed out and were always on schedule. We must also acknowledge and admire their prompt responses to all our queries and concerns. We would not hesitate to hire them again and wholeheartedly recommend their services.

As soon as Aracely arrived, I explained what needed to be done, and she promptly started working without any delay, even during the sweltering heat wave. She dutifully worked for four and a half hours, with only a brief water break, leaving our house appearing sparkling clean. The bathroom was especially challenging, yet Aracely worked diligently and transformed it into a captivating space. Throughout the process, she maintained a friendly and professional demeanor, which was quite admirable. I was thoroughly impressed with her work and would readily request her services again. Aracely was incredible! She promptly responded to my request for a last-minute move-out cleaning, and had availability the following day. Despite some technical difficulties at my house, she remained calm and collected upon arrival. Although I had set up a code for her, my internet went down just minutes before she arrived. Ultimately, I was able to unlock the door using my phone while she waited patiently outside on my steep 28.6% grade hill with her equipment. Many housekeepers often overlook our house due to its numerous flooring types, mediocre appliances, outdated clawfoot tub, and awkward layout. However, Aracely and her team took their time and effectively cleaned every corner of our home. She even fulfilled my request to call me at some point and adjust a surveillance camera that I had forgotten to alter before leaving. Our fridge was left sparkly clean, and they handled our original 1885 windows with utmost care. Thank you so much, Aracely and crew!
