My new home's original hardwood floors were refinished by Corey who sanded, stained, and polyed them to a beautiful finish. The floors that Cory refinished were in pretty bad condition and were actually 92 years old; nevertheless, he did a fantastic job of sanding, filling, and finishing them, so that they now look years younger. Additionally, he removed old carpet and pad, as well as the staples. I strongly endorse Lightway flooring and couldn't be happier with the finished product. Cory kept me informed of the progress throughout, which was very appreciated.
