Initially, we planned to scrape and repaint the popcorn ceiling. However, upon discovering that the drywall was sagging, we needed to replace it which made the project much larger. In addition, we decided to repaint the walls. Bay Home handled the situation exceptionally well by providing a fair requote and promptly replacing and finishing the ceiling drywall. Given our tight deadline to complete the project before a garage storage system arrived, we greatly appreciated their quick response and excellent workmanship.
