Denis arrived at a house where I work as the house manager. The dryer was making a loud noise, and there was an oven probe error. Denis was fantastic. He arrived on time and notified me 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He explained the issues with both appliances, and suggested that a new dryer may be a more cost-effective option, as the current one was purchased in 2009 and might have further issues down the line if just the parts were replaced.
