My family and I were delighted by the outstanding Thanksgiving meal prepared by Chef Lumamba. Despite having about 25 guests, which included children and vegetarians, he cooked a sumptuous feast that catered to everyone's dietary needs. Furthermore, his team was incredibly hospitable and polite. Additionally, we had requested servers, and both of them worked tirelessly to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Incredible! Lumumba prepared a 5 course birthday feast for three couples, and working with him was a pleasure right from the start. He came up with thoughtful and creative menu suggestions that accommodated all our dietary restrictions. The food was fantastic - each course was perfect and beautifully presented. Lumumba was professional and engaging throughout the evening. Some of the scrumptious dishes he served included olive oil poached halibut with a pomegranate reduction and a spiced apple cake. We can't recommend him highly enough and can't wait to have him back again!
