Our event plans changed due to unexpected circumstances, but fortunately Kimiko stepped in as the perfect fit for our needs. Originally planning an intimate wedding at home with friends during the pandemic in 2021, we had to put our plans on hold after a cancer diagnosis left my husband fighting stage four pancreatic cancer in the hospital. Nonetheless, we were determined to move forward with our wedding and Kimiko was instrumental in making it happen. Despite the time constraints, our wedding was beautiful and memorable under the circumstances. Kimiko was an amazing officiant and we are forever grateful for her support. Kimiko deserves immense gratitude for rescuing our wedding ceremony. In keeping with the times, our wedding preparations were fraught with setbacks in 2021. Our initial officiant reneged, the coordinator mislaid her phone and missed the ceremony, and a demonstration near the venue caused inordinate delays. However, Kimiko came to our rescue! She took charge of the wedding party, and went on to lead a beautiful ceremony as our officiant. Her warmth, humor, and sincerity captured everyone's attention, and she exhibited tremendous patience.
