Arrow Renovation

Our (extremely limited) project, which entails repairing/replacing a single vinyl window, has received confirmation for a site visit. Although it's still premature to predict the outcome, James from Arrow exhibited a positive attitude and readily coordinated our meeting with Mark tomorrow (Wednesday). This is highly encouraging for us.
