During their power washing service on my house, this vendor pointed their gun directly at the electric box and filled it with water, resulting in the box burning out. While they initially appeared to be truthful and even provided their insurance details, their insurance coverage only covered damages within their deductible estimate. To make matters worse, both Ethan and Ryan blocked my email address when I tried to contact them for payment. As a result, I plan to follow up with CrackerJack and take legal action.
