Mike was an exemplary professional, remarkably prompt in his responses (even on a weekend). He offered a thorough explanation of the job and its intricacies. By Monday morning, Mike arrived and rectified all the errors I had made while attempting to complete my flooring project on Friday. He and his team conducted themselves with courteousness and amiability, leaving my flooring looking impeccable and without a trace of a mess.
