Water seepage was a persistent problem in my house with every heavy downpour. After removing bushes, it was discovered that the brick weep holes were below the ground level. I engaged Plans to Hands, who implemented an efficient solution with a French drain and a lengthy pipeline directing the downspout water away from my house.
