There are simply not enough positive words to describe Brett, an exceptional trainer. His teaching method involves demonstrating first and providing clear explanations of concepts. Although positive and encouraging, he avoids coddling, which I personally appreciate very much. I believe he truly listened to my fitness goals, and he offers a solid plan to help me reach them, all while keeping me accountable.
