About
At present, I am exclusively providing remote meditation classes and coaching sessions via Zoom. I possess empathy, enthusiasm and am a keen listener. My clients can attest to the fact that I genuinely care about them, creating a reassuring environment for them to practice, connect and share. Each of my 1-1 and small group classes or coaching sessions are customized to suit your specific requirements and ambitions.

I offer guided meditation which will help you achieve a sense of balance, inner peace, clarity and will aid you in processing any profound emotions you may be experiencing. My mindfulness coaching sessions will motivate you to identify your goals, tackle obstacles and provide you with the necessary tools and accountability you require to achieve success. Together, we will work on any limiting beliefs, strong emotions, persistent thoughts or habits that may hinder your growth, happiness and success.

I am a 200h certified Yoga instructor, a certified Buddhist Meditation Teacher, and a trained Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) trainer by Oxford University.

Steph exudes serenity, and even through Zoom, you can instantly feel your stress levels decrease. I attended multiple sessions with her and each one provided a unique approach towards achieving a peaceful state of mind, which I found to be incredibly valuable. I highly recommend her services, as it is imperative to prioritize mental well-being, particularly during these challenging times.

A few months ago, I began a personal meditation practice, but I struggled to find an app that I truly enjoyed. However, with Steph's help, we discovered a daily practice that I could follow, along with her guided meditation sessions each week. While I understand that meditation is an ongoing journey, I already feel more centered and serene than when I relied on phone apps. Additionally, Steph provided mindfulness coaching that extended beyond meditation and impacted other areas of my life.
