The work carried out was of excellent quality, and the technician who came out had a great deal of knowledge. However, my dryer vents to the roof, and the technician did not have a ladder to conduct a thorough inspection of its functionality from that angle. Although he did check everything from the ground and the inside, this extra step would have elevated their rating from 4 to 5 stars.
