During the previous summer, I made the decision to explore various options for exercise assistance, including gym memberships, personal trainers, and fitness classes. It was during this search that I stumbled upon Balanced Strength and its owner, Keleigh. After reviewing her impressive feedback, and being drawn to the idea of exercising in a home-based setting, I contacted her. Keleigh was prompt and courteous in her response, and we arranged a meeting. Upon meeting with Keleigh, I discovered the challenging nature of Pilates. Despite this, I was sufficiently enamored to return for additional sessions. Keleigh is skilled at constructing strenuous workouts, but equally adept at encouraging periods of rest as needed. Moreover, she possesses a keen talent for modifying exercises to prevent injury or discomfort. Keleigh's repertoire is also varied, frequently changing the exercises to ensure they remain both engaging and effective. In the six months since I began working with her, I have only repeated a small number of exercises. Combining Pilates with HIIT has also been incorporated into the workouts at times. In the past, I have struggled to remain committed to exercise. However, I find myself eagerly anticipating my weekly meetings with Keleigh. I strongly suggest that others give her a chance.

At the onset of Covid, I got introduced to Keleigh by a friend. Due to my California residency, we continued our training sessions via FaceTime over the past two years. Keleigh's expertise has empowered me to exceed my previous limits as I feel more robust than ever. Her regime offers whole-body workouts, with a particular emphasis on balance, tailor-made for me, a septuagenarian. I plan to keep up with Keleigh's training for as long as I can.
