Most of my project is done, except for installing the door sensors. The project was almost finished last Friday, but the door sensor batteries were dead. I offered to buy new batteries, but he declined, saying he would come back to finish the job. Fortino originally said he might return on Sunday (2/12/2023) or by Tuesday (2/14/2023) at the latest. I didn't hear from him on Sunday, which was fine, but he also didn't show up on Tuesday. When I contacted him, he said his truck was having issues, and he could come on Wednesday (2/15/2023) or Thursday (2/16/2023). Fortino didn't contact me on 2/15/2023, and he was delayed on 2/16/2023. He promised to finish the job on 2/17/2023. However, it has been a week since I paid him in full on 2/10/2023, and the work isn't completed. I'm writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the situation.

F & R Home Services provided exceptional service by skillfully mounting a 75” and 55” TV for me. Their punctuality was spot on and they were incredibly supportive and informative throughout the process. Their professionalism was top-notch, and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

He provided excellent attention to detail, completed the job within the promised timeframe, and left after less than an hour. We would highly recommend their services with a 5/5 rating.

FRS successfully took down an outdated satellite dish from the rooftop, as well as disposing of the obsolete coaxial cords and sealing up the hole where the dish had been affixed. His overall performance was superb, as he worked rapidly, professionally, and productively, and even cleared away any remaining debris from the site.
