I tried out two new dishes that quickly became my favorites. The "Cornbread Earl and Me Wontons" were incredible, with the collard green stuffing inside the crispy shell simply melting in my mouth. And then there were the "Tragedy and Comedy Scallops" which were hands down the best scallops I've ever had. The panko breading was perfectly crunchy and served hot, perfectly complementing the robust flavors and tenderness of the scallops. Absolutely awesome.

The menu, offered by Terri Jayne, was exceptional and the food was outstanding! Despite my budget constraints, she was able to create a fantastic menu. Terri demonstrated flexibility by accommodating my requests, and maintained her positivity throughout our interaction. She also surprised me with a gift at the conclusion of the event.
