On the initial scheduled date, this business failed to call or arrive to complete the job. Nevertheless, after several calls from Jose, I gave them a second chance. Although they arrived promptly the second time, when I showed them the tree I wanted trimmed all around, Jose informed me that due to seasonal concerns, he could only cut the branches that were leaning on my house and not trim the tree as I had wanted. As such, I declined their "tree trimming" service, leaving only the removal of a small tree from my backyard which they quickly proceeded to cut down while we were discussing the "tree trimming" job. Despite my requests to adjust the original quote, which included trimming the tree and removing the small tree, Jose was unwilling. Eventually, I agreed to pay a reasonable amount for the tree removal, but the experience was extremely stressful. I strongly advise against using this company and am astounded by the high rating they receive from other customers.

The company, Jose's Trees Inc, exhibited a high level of professionalism and approachable demeanor while maintaining consistent communication throughout the project. Their promptness in getting started was also commendable. The quality of their work was exceptional, and they left the area clean and tidy upon completion. I firmly recommend their services.

Using a remote-controlled cherry picker, Jose's Trees efficiently trims tree limbs in hard-to-reach areas without damaging the lawn. They expertly removed numerous large limbs hanging over my roof and my neighbor's roof without any harm to the grass or garden. Observing them operate the picker by remote was impressive, and they meticulously tidied up after completing the job.

The performance of Jose's Tree Service was outstanding. Although we had to reschedule on short notice, they were very flexible and understanding. I would certainly hire them again!
