We were lucky to have the most exceptional wedding officiant. We received remarkable wedding photos at no cost and made sure to offer a gratuity. Our ceremony was incredibly personal, and we opted for a hand fasting ritual. She arrived on schedule, and her pleasant presence made for a pleasant experience. If given the chance, we would repeat it all.

Rev. Martin's exceptional performance during the entire process was impressive. Her response time was swift, and she made our special day possible. She simplified the process and provided solutions to all our inquiries.

Upon finding her, we decided to elope in the very same week. Simultaneously searching for an elopement venue, I stumbled upon Dr. Martin who, in addition to being a doctor, also held the title of Reverend, making her the perfect officiant for the intimate wedding we desired. Once I reached out, her response time was impressive and added another checkmark in the plus column. We were overjoyed to learn that our ideal location, Hill Country's Wimberley, was also a place where she could perform our ceremony - another added benefit! Throughout our communication and booking process with The Wishing Well, we were pleased with their clear, concise, thoughtful, and professional messaging. We were both delighted with the questionnaire that helped Dr. Martin to create specific, personal vows that spoke to our love story, ideals, and values. Above all, the fact that she was willing to go above and beyond to make our ceremony perfect was exceptional and highly appreciated. On the day of our wedding, everything we had envisioned and hoped for came to life - an elegant, peaceful, private, and intimate ceremony in a beautiful outdoor setting with every detail tailored to our tastes. It was a joyous and unforgettable experience that we will cherish as we begin our new life together. Rev. Sheryl Martin proved to be an outstanding celebrant as she helped put together an impeccable wedding program for my spouse even with a short notice. Her remarkable venue, with various locations, was accompanied by complimentary photography, which made her services an excellent choice. Her professionalism and genuine care for making every wedding a memorable event makes her highly recommended.

As a result of difficulties in securing an officiant, I contacted Rev. Sheryl only three days before our wedding. Her prompt response leading up to the ceremony was a huge relief (as a wedding cannot proceed without an officiant!). On our wedding day (October 11, 2021), Rev. Sheryl arrived early and everything went incredibly smoothly. She had prepared a ceremony that was personalized to our love story. Not only did she allow us to live-stream our wedding, but she also acknowledged our friends and family who were present virtually upon request. As a military family, many of our loved ones were unable to attend in-person, making it especially comforting to include them in our special day. I was also grateful for the moment of silence that Rev. Sheryl provided for my late stepfather. Her well-written ceremony and her seamless guidance made the whole process stress-free. Despite not having a rehearsal, she patiently guided us through the entirety of the ceremony. Since it is currently the day after my wedding, I don't have the photos yet to share for this review. However, there is no need to worry. Rev. Sheryl works closely with the photographer, providing ideas and poses for the main couple, family members, and guests. In past photoshoots, I have felt nervous and stressed about not getting the right shots, but that was not the case here. Rev. Sheryl was incredibly helpful every step of the way. The photographer snapped photos from the moment I walked down the aisle to when we cut the cake, and even took some photos of my 11-month-old playing after the ceremony. Though I haven't seen them yet, I am confident that they will be amazing, and I will share them with this review as soon as they become available. If you're searching for an officiant, I highly recommend Rev. Sheryl. She truly cares about her couples and goes above and beyond to ensure that the ceremony and photography go without a hitch. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience.
