We began our partnership with Lori's Leashes last October, shortly after adopting an eight-week-old German Shepherd puppy named Bear. As restaurant owners, our schedule can be challenging, but we quickly arranged for Lori to care for Bear three nights a week. Hiring Lori is an unparalleled experience – she captures moments with Bear that we would otherwise miss. Her pictures and videos are incredible, and it's clear that she has a deep love for the dogs in her care. We never felt more at ease having someone come into our home and care for our dog. Lori's attention to detail and genuine affection for Bear are evident in every interaction. We trust Lori's care completely, knowing that Bear will receive the best attention, love, exercise, and even some training. Bear adores his time with Lori, and she has become a cherished member of our family. We cannot thank Lori enough for always being there for us and for Bear.

Upon arriving at our house, she met us and our three dogs. Her warm and approachable demeanor exuded professionalism. Although we have not yet commenced, we have a strong sense that our decision was the right one and we will be pleased with the outcome.

We recently entrusted our two Labs to a professional dog sitter for a prolonged period, which was new for us. Although unsure of what to anticipate, we were impressed by Lori's exceptional service. Right from the start, her approach instilled confidence in us; she visited our home beforehand and even accompanied us on a walk to observe how we interacted with our dogs. Throughout our absence, she kept us updated regularly, including sending photos and videos, and also handled minor housekeeping tasks. Lori was truly amazing! Her ability to put us at ease about leaving our dog who is usually distressed in our absence and requires ample care and affection was impressive. Through daily pictures and videos, she kept us updated on Abbie's fun activities and long neighborhood walks, and she even spoke to our pet as though it were her own! Lori went above and beyond, keeping a watchful eye on our cats, for whom our son was responsible, and immediately alerted us of any concerns. She is a highly responsible and pet-loving individual, and we will not hesitate to hire her again!
