My experience was quite disappointing, and therefore, I cannot leave a positive review. The contractors didn't show up on the scheduled day, and arrived late for most of their visits. They did not have the proper tools to execute the job at hand, and despite being provided the installation manual, they made several mistakes while putting things together. In fact, they had to redo the entire installation because of their ineptitude. Additionally, their efforts to level the tile floor resulted in excessive usage of levelling materials, which was eventually removed through grinding. Furthermore, they failed to contain the dust while working, causing the first floor of my house to become incredibly dusty and requiring even more cleaning up. As a result, the job which was supposed to be completed before Thanksgiving took weeks to finish. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this contractor nor employ them in the future. However, it should be noted that the workers themselves were polite. In the end, the job turned out to be satisfactory, but given the exorbitant price I paid, I expected nothing but perfection.
