The Healthy Yinzer takes a unique approach to fitness by combining exercise physiology and culinary arts to assist your journey towards improved health and wellness. Our services include in-home personal training, tailored exercise programs, HIIT, resistance and cardio boxing, weight-loss, yoga, Pilates, personalized nutritional plans, cooking instruction, recipe creation, in-home meal preparation, and grocery shopping assistance.

There's no doubt that Nick is exceptional! His workout routines span across different disciplines, including yoga and pilates, boxing, and resistance training. What's more, he consistently offers support and encouragement, which keeps me driven towards my fitness goals.

Nick is an exceptional individual. Despite my initial wariness as a single middle-aged woman, I took the plunge and invited him over after reading glowing reviews about him. Much to my delight, Nick was punctual, even giving me a heads up regarding his imminent arrival. He's never been tardy, and he brings an abundance of energy and a wealth of knowledge concerning both nutrition and fitness. Nick is perceptive, encouraging, and tailors his workout regimes to the needs of each individual. Even though I struggle to keep up with him, I never felt self-conscious about huffing and puffing. Nick is well-versed in various forms of exercise, including weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates. He's a sharp and highly motivated individual, and I would recommend engaging his services without reservation. You will undoubtedly receive your money's worth and be swept up in his contagious enthusiasm. You can only blame yourself if you fail to progress once Nick has worked his magic on you!

It was a difficult task for me to find a suitable trainer. I desired someone with a high level of education and expertise to skillfully address any queries that may arise. Fortunately, I discovered a proficient trainer on Tumbtack who had numerous degrees and also excelled as a chef! I immediately enlisted his services and after our initial session, it was evident that he was an exceptional find. His knowledge and workouts are a highlight of my week, and I now look forward to each session with him. I hold Nick's abilities in such high regard that I would gladly offer him space in my guesthouse if it were possible. He consistently devises innovative workout routines and provides me with healthy recipes to try immediately after our sessions. I cannot recommend him highly enough; Nick is a truly fantastic trainer!

Nick is amazing! We had a fantastic private Pilates/Yoga session with the three of us who had varying levels of expertise. I would definitely enlist his services again if I'm back in town.
