On the day they were supposed to arrive, I received no communication from them. As I had a prior appointment, I messaged them requesting an estimated time of arrival. They responded several hours later, proposing to come out the next morning and assuring me of a text notification when they were en route. However, neither did I get an update nor did they show up, leaving me with no time to find another painter for my deck, especially since the good weather in Michigan doesn't stick around for long!
