I attempted to perform a hot water flush and maintenance but was unsuccessful and sought assistance. Jim successfully completed the task and identified a significant amount of rust. He suggested the installation of a new water heater this upcoming weekend to prevent potential damage. Without his expertise, I would have remained unaware of the problem.
