Pilates Space Florida provides a unique experience, with a focus on personal connections and private training. Our teachers take the time to get to know you, and we are committed to helping you achieve your goals in a friendly, energetic environment.

Unlike many fitness studios, we welcome all levels of fitness and experience. Our highly trained team of certified Romana Kryzanowska and 2nd Generation teachers will work with you to help you achieve your goals, while also seeking continuous improvement through ongoing education and training.

To ensure individual attention and a high-quality experience, we limit our classes to small groups of 6-10 clients. We use only authentic Pilates equipment from the trusted manufacturer, GRATZ Industries, ensuring the integrity of Joseph Pilates' Method.

Our holistic wellness programs offer a comprehensive approach to wellness, including nutrition and lifestyle choices. We also take pride in our green studio, using only organic cleaning products and energy-efficient equipment.
