My husband and I are currently deliberating, but we have had a remarkable experience with the customer specialist, Sherica Miller. Her service has been exceptional! Although most of my experience was positive, there were some drawbacks. The first person I dealt with was exceptional, but the project manager left me with reservations due to quote issues, communication issues, and poor follow-through. Once the work commenced, it was nearly perfect, except for a few hiccups. I suggest that the owner stays at home to monitor the work as the workers needed direction not to pour concrete on my lawn or leave behind any messes. Additionally, there was a miscommunication regarding the installation of wood in a gap area on the side with chain link, but it was rectified at no extra cost. However, it did require me to take extra time off. Although it was pricey, the job was completed in a day, including the removal of the old fencing.
