If you're interested in hiring me for work, please note that my schedule usually books out 1-2 weeks depending on the time of year. Unfortunately, I am not able to offer next day services except in the depths of winter. While the prices I've listed are ballpark figures, my customers and other licensed, bonded, and insured contractors have said my rates are the best around. Additionally, please keep in mind that I do get charged once we've been in contact.My business sets itself apart because I not only sell the work, I also do the work myself. Unlike other contractors, you won't be getting an hourly employee simply looking to earn a paycheck. You'll be getting me, and all the pride and dedication I've put into my business will show in the work I do. In the two-plus years I've been doing this, I've had not a single dissatisfied customer, and that speaks volumes.
If you're interested in receiving an estimate or quote for roof cleaning, please keep in mind that I do not have a set price for this service and am unable to provide one online. We'll need to meet in person so that I can assess the roof and take into account variables like pitch, square footage, and debris (including both loose debris and moss removal). If you're unwilling to meet in person, I kindly ask that you do not request a quote for roof cleaning.
Overall, I truly enjoy helping people with projects they're unable to do themselves. Seeing the look of satisfaction on a customer's face at the finished product is what makes it all worthwhile for me.

He accomplished an excellent task by eliminating the moss, cleansing the gutters, and pressure washing the pavers, patios, sides of the house and shed. We assigned him a lot of work, but he managed to complete it effortlessly. He arrived on schedule, maintained professionalism, worked tirelessly (without even taking a break for the approximately 6-hour work time), tidied up after himself, and finished everything.
