My interaction with Brad and Swans was exceptional. Though my task was minor- to fix a motion sensor light in my pantry- Brad responded to my job post within minutes, and recommended an inexpensive light available at Home Depot. The very next morning, Brad arrived punctually and completed the wiring and installation. He charged me a fair price, and even tidied up after the job. I could not have asked for a more satisfying outcome.

For us, Brad swapped out a Federal Pacific fuse box, and he provided splendid services at an affordable cost. We intend to enlist his help for any upcoming electrical tasks.

Swans proved to be a highly professional and dependable contractor. Bradley, in particular, was extremely supportive and kept us well-informed about the required work and available options. They demonstrated great efficiency and attention to detail, and their pricing was comparable to other estimates we had obtained. Moreover, their estimate was the most comprehensive one. Alongside other minor assignments, they also set up a new electrical panel. We found working with them to be an honest and enjoyable experience.

At 7am, I experienced a power outage and noticed an unusual smell emanating from my breaker box. I immediately contacted Swan Electrical, and Brad promptly answered my call. Within half an hour, he arrived at my place and spent the entire day replacing my breaker box, which was damaged due to my main power lines coming in contact with each other. Brad had to wait for two separate crews from Excel to switch off the power to the block and repair the lines before he could carry out his work. I was impressed by his professionalism and highly recommend him and his services.

My basement's LED lighting installation was excellently executed by Brad. Not only was his response time quick but he also agreed to work on a Saturday. I am assured to employ him again.
