Although the cost for the installation of my Christmas lights was reasonable, the company's level of professionalism was not satisfactory. Initially, everything went smoothly until I encountered an issue with one of the light sets they hung at my home. Upon their return to investigate, my wife enquired about rearranging some of the lights, but understandably, they declined. Regrettably, they left the set of lights in question non-operational. When I contacted them to rectify the problem, I was informed that it was my responsibility, and they were unwilling to return due to the distance and expenses incurred. To compound matters, their payment procedure was perplexing. This morning, I contacted them to schedule the removal of the lights but have yet to hear back from them.
