In my role as a Registered Architect, I offer comprehensive architectural services which include but are not limited to the generation of concepts, programming, space planning, construction drawing preparation, aid in obtaining building and zoning permits, and monitoring of projects throughout the construction close out process.

My current focus is on residential and small commercial schemes, where I take pleasure in designing spaces collaboratively to suit my clients' specific requirements. With over 12 years of experience in architectural and construction management, I have worked on a variety of projects such as kitchen and bathroom renovations, home offices, laundry and mudrooms, basement alterations, exterior upgrades, home extensions, office fit-outs, retail and mixed-purpose buildings and much more.

I assist my clients in finding contractors to bid on their projects and can also negotiate a fair construction estimate if they already have a contractor. Based on the client's needs, I can determine if the services of an architect are required, or alternatively, create a materials design package to pass onto a contractor.
