Upon his return, Oscar visited my home, discovered the issue, and sent a repair crew to address rotted wood on my chimney that was causing the leak. The problem was resolved permanently, with no added costs to me. I cannot praise Vera Roofing and Construction enough for their impeccable work and customer service. The installation of new gutters and repairing some exposed nails and a broken exhaust vent were done professionally by Joey of Vera Roofing.
