The quality of work was outstanding, but there were some issues with punctuality as the completion of the work had to be rescheduled on three occasions. Moreover, communication was inadequate, perhaps due to language barriers as the workers may have spoken Spanish and had limited English proficiency. This resulted in a lack of information sharing.

Our floors were transformed amazingly by the exceptional work of Damon and the crew at Smith Flooring. I still can't believe how they changed our almost destroyed floors into gorgeous ones. I am completely blown away by their great work.

All I expect from a contractor is for them to arrive on the pre-agreed day and complete the work efficiently at the previously discussed cost, which is precisely what this individual did.
